Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 2 hours of the original transaction. Please note that refund requests made after this 2-hour period will not be entertained.

Deductions

All refunds are subject to a payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5%, both calculated based on the paid amount.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email: Send your refund request to thefutureskillofficial@gmail.com using your registered email ID.
2. Include the following details:
• Full Name
• Registered Email ID
• Registration Date
• Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date and time (received via email/message upon payment)
• Reason for Refund

Once request is approved we will process your refund amount to the original payment method within 1-2 days (48hrs).
