Refund Policy

Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 2 hours of the original transaction. Please note that refund requests made after this 2-hour period will not be entertained. Any Token or Partial Amount will not be refunded.

Deductions

All refunds are subject to a payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5%, both calculated based on the paid amount.

Disclaimer

Our company strictly adheres to this 2-hour refund window. Any refund requests received beyond this timeframe will not be processed. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our policy.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email: Send your refund request to thefutureskillofficial@gmail.com using your registered email ID.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Registered Email ID
    • Registration Date
    • Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date and time (received via email/message upon payment)
    • Reason for Refund

Once request is approved we will process your refund amount to the original payment method within 1-2 days (48hrs).

Package Upgrades

Once Package upgrade is done there will be no reverse process for any kind of changes. To avoid any kind of difficulties please discuss package upgrade rules with your Sponser (Team Leader) before upgrading your package.
