Course Cancellation Policy
- A customer may request cancellation of a course within 2 (two) hours of the original transaction time.
- Cancellation requests made within 2 hours will be considered eligible for a refund, subject to verification.
- Cancellation requests raised after 2 hours of the successful transaction will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Once the 2-hour window has passed, the purchase is treated as final and non-cancellable.
How to Request Cancellation
Customers must raise a cancellation request by contacting our official support team via email or the registered support channel.
Important Notes
- This cancellation policy is applicable to all purchases, including those made using EMI, credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.
- Approved cancellations will be processed as per our Refund Policy and the original payment method.
- EMI-related refunds (if applicable) will be governed by the respective bank’s processing timelines and terms.
